If you feel like you are working too hard or are striving to reach your next goal many times the solution can be found in your alignment.  We use dynamic indoor evaluation and testing to balance your stance.  You could be Knock Kneed, Bow Legged, have Tibial Varum or all sorts of variations in your alignment.  Your structural stance is imperative to how you want to move, balance and get better edge grip.
